These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement concerning the provision of all private transfers (”Service“) between you and Brey Executive Transfer Limited (“Company”). Completion of the booking form and use of the service indicates your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. Brey Exec is a trading name of Brey Executive Transfer Limited.

Any changes sought by the customer to the terms or conditions shall have no effect unless agreed in writing by the Company.
​
Brey Exec is a private hire taxi company and works with its clients to provide the end user a safe and reliable transport method. A receipt for your journey will automatically be emailed to you within 24 hours of your completed journey.
​
Bookings
Brey Exec will provide you with a quotation for your private transfer, based on the information provided by you. Brey Exec reserves the right to amend the quotation if there is any material change to the original itinerary, the number of passengers, or the type of vehicle required. The quotation you may have on the online booking page or our Apps may not contain a surcharge in certain circumstances and one of our office members will contact you to notify this if required.

Airport Transfers:
You must allow sufficient time when booking your Taxi to allow for the check-in times required by your airline and for any delays caused by traffic conditions. Brey Exec shall not be responsible for any delay caused by your failure to allow enough time to reach your destination or if the passengers are not ready for collection at the booked time.

All our vehicles are large Mercedes V Class models which can seat up to 6 passengers plus driver and has sufficient room for a generous baggage allowance. However, Brey Exec cannot guarantee to carry excessive amounts of luggage, if in doubt please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your booking. Please note that a child, no matter what age, counts as one passenger.

Brey Exec will always check for flight delays before the driver leaves for the airport but can only rely on the information supplied by the Airport Websites. Once you have accepted your quotation, please check your booking confirmation carefully and inform Brey Exec promptly for any errors. Brey Exec shall not be responsible for any delays caused or costs arising from your failure to provide Brey Exec with correct information.
All car parking charges shall be paid by Brey Exec and will be included in your quoted price. However, a surcharge will be payable by the customer at the time of collection if a delay is caused by them for any reason.

Payments can be made by credit, debit cards, and cash. Payment by cheque is not accepted.
​
Account Work:
In respect of account work, Brey Exec works with their clients to ensure that the services are delivered as per the requirements of the customer.

The customer agrees to pay the company for all journeys provided by the company on account. We shall invoice after the journeys have taken place. Invoiced amounts shall be due and payable within 14 days from the date of invoice.
​
'Vehicle Conduct'
You shall be responsible for the behaviour of all passengers in the car during the whole journey. A minimum charge of £100.00 will be levied to cover the cleaning costs in the event the vehicle is soiled by any passenger, although this may be higher depending on the circumstances.
​
Eating and drinking in the cars is not permitted. Exceptional circumstances for babies and medical reasons will be permitted with prior permission. All children should be restrained in a manner that befits the laws and regulations at the time. Suitable child seats should wherever possible be supplied and fitted by the child's parent/guardian.
These can be held by the driver in the event of a return journey booking. Brey Exec will not carry more passengers than its insurance or licensing allows.

Smoking is never permitted in any of our vehicles.
​
Cancellations and Bookings
If you need to cancel your booking please contact Brey Exec as soon as possible. All cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking time will not incur a penalty charge, at the discretion of Management. In exceptional circumstances, a penalty of up to 50% of the fare can be levied for late cancellations. Cancellations less than 3 hours prior to the pick up time will be chargeable, again at the discretion of the Management.
As a general rule journeys from airports are dispatched up to one hour before flight arrival, journeys within areas we provide a service to are normally dispatched up to fifteen minutes before their pick up time.

Invoices will be sent for cancellations of a booking that have not been pre-paid, these invoices must be paid within 7 days and any unpaid invoices will incur a minimum 10% charge of the original invoice amount. The time stipulated for payment shall be of the essence of the Agreement. Failure to pay within the period specified shall entitle us to write to you and upon the expiration of seven days notice, to charge you for costs and expenses incurred in recovering late payments, and to charge interest at the rate then in force pursuant to the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 as at the due date or on the above rate whichever is the greater.

Brey Exec recommends phoning us on our contact number to cancel with the telephone staff.
​
Refunds to credit / debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used within 7 Days of the original booking date.
​
Liability
Brey Exec shall use all reasonable endeavours to get you to your destination on time, but shall not be liable for any loss due to delays caused by road or traffic conditions beyond its control on the journey. Under no circumstances shall Brey Exec be liable for any loss of profits, business or for any indirect or consequential loss whatever. Brey Exec aims at running a reliable service for you, however sometimes cars cannot arrive at time of booking due to reasons beyond our control. If the car is running late please contact the company immediately for an update.

All luggage is carried entirely at your own risk. Lost property is kept by the office for a period of 4 weeks before being disposed off.
​
Brey Exec is entitled to cancel all services and provide up to 100% of the refunds (with in 7 Days of the original booking date), in the event of circumstances beyond their control. If a car breaks down during the journey, Brey Exec will provide an alternative with a practical time allowance.
​
You shall indemnify Brey Exec against all losses, costs, damages and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party.
Brey Exec is an official operator with licence number 25/02833/OL and acts as an agent for clients of self employed drivers, and will pass information relating to the customer in order to assist with the safe and timely pick up. Brey Exec cannot be held responsible for the misuse of this information by its clients or subsequent drivers that are beyond its control.

Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for willful default or fraudulent misrepresentation, or otherwise in any manner unenforceable by any applicable law.
​
Termination
Brey Exec will refuse or terminate any booking with immediate effect if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence or abuse by you or your passengers, requesting that all passengers vacate the vehicle as soon as it's safe to do so.
No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire, full fare will be due to the driver and/or invoice issued if the journey is not pre-paid.

Company rights and powers
Brey Exec may change these terms and conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms and conditions regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. All existing bookings will be at the rate quoted or applicable rate in effect at the time of booking.

Brey Exec reserves the right to change the rules or instructions concerning the use of any part of the service from time to time.
​
Brey Exec reserves the right to change the service, suspend it temporarily, in the interest of quality of service, communication failure or part interest of other customers.
​
Customer Service
For any issues arising; please contact the control team who will attempt to resolve the issue immediately. In the unlikely instance a satisfactory resolution is not met, you can leave your name and number with the controller and a member of the management team will contact you within 24 hours.
​
Disputes
In the unlikely event of an event of a dispute arising, notice must be given within 21 days of the invoice date. In the event of no such notification being received by the company the customer shall accept the amount as being properly due and shall not be entitled to dispute this sum.
​
Miscellaneous
Brey Exec shall store, process and use all information regarding your personal details in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998. The terms of this agreement shall prevail if a discrepancy arises between a quotation and this agreement.
​
This agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals oral or written.
​
The companies’ website may contain hyperlinks to third parties; The company does not control, is responsible for and does not endorse any of the contents of such websites.
​
Use Restrictions
Reproduction, distribution, or republication of any information, materials, documents and services by any means, without the prior express written consent of Brey Exec, is strictly prohibited. Nothing in this Brey Exec website shall be construed as conferring any license of Brey Exec’s intellectual property rights without express written consent from Brey Exec. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

Warranties and Disclaimers
The information, documentation, products and services contained on the Brey Exec website are provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind. Brey Exec and its suppliers disclaim all warranties relating to the information, documentation, products and services contained on the Brey Execs website, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any warranties against infringement of third party rights, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Brey Exec website could include inaccuracies or out-dated information and is subject to change at any time without notice. Your use of this website is at your own risk. You agree to hold Brey Exec harmless from and not sue Brey Exec for any claims based upon using this website.

In no event shall Brey Exec be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or damages for loss of profits, revenue, data or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of, this website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom. Brey Exec controls the Brey Exec website from within the country of England . It can, however, be accessed from other places around the world. Although these places may have different laws from those of United Kingdom, by accessing the Brey Exec website you agree that the laws of United Kingdom, without regard to rules relating to conflict of laws, will apply to all matters relating to your use of the site. You and Brey Exec also agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom, with respect to such matters. Users of the Brey Exec website accessing it from places outside of United Kingdom acknowledge that they do so voluntarily and are responsible for complying with local laws.
